Nanocellulose Summer Seminar Series and Exciting Week of Invited Talks at ESEIAAT- UPC!

1. Marc Delgado from University of Girona presented on “Real-time monitoring strategies for cellulose treatment and fibrillation”. His talk delved into the use of artificial neural networks for predicting cellulose nanofiber aspect ratio, offering us new perspectives and sparking insightful discussions.
2. Prof. Anna Roig from ICMAB-CSIC enlightened us with her presentation “From bacteria farming to functional materials and devices”. The talk covered her group’s most recent research activities on bacterial nanocellulose for functional hydrogels and colloids for biomedical applications, providing valuable knowledge and inspiring innovative ideas in our ongoing projects.
